WHAT TO DO

1. In a tall glass combine lime juice, passionfruit pulp, unbruised mint leaves & white rum.
2. Add crushed ice and churn with a spoon until fully mixed.
3. Top with Brown Brothers Sparkling Moscato, adding more crushed ice.
4. Garnish with mint & half a passionfruit.
