Shaken to perfection and double-strained, this Tarrango-Tini blends the bold flavours of refreshing Tarrango with the smoothness of Cape Grim 666 Vodka, the citrus brightness of Cointreau, and a zesty kick from fresh lime juice. The perfect ensemble of flavours that's both refreshing and refined.
- 60ml Tarrango wine
- 30ml Vodka (we use Tasmania's Cape Grim 666 Vodka)
- 30ml Cointreau
- 30ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Simple Syrup
Garnish:
- Dehydrated lime slice
- In a cocktail shaker, add ice to fill about halfway
- Pour in 60ml of Brown Brothers Tarrango
- Add 30ml of vodka
- Measure and pour in 30ml of Cointreau
- Squeeze 30ml of fresh lime juice into the shaker
- Finally, add 15ml of simple syrup to balance the flavours, then shake for 15-20 sec!
- Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass or martini glass to remove any ice shards or citrus pulp.
- Garnish your Tarrango-Tini with a dehydrated lime slice. You can place it on the rim or float it in the drink for an extra touch of elegance.
