Danube Grandeur
Our Mission At Brown Family Wine Group
In keeping with this philosophy, we’re thrilled to invite you on another once-in-a-lifetime journey.
As part of our ongoing partnership with Cruising Wine Tours, Ross and Judy Brown would like to invite our members and friends to join them for an unforgettable European adventure — a 15-day / 14-night luxury river cruise from Nuremberg to Belgrade aboard the brand new S.S. Emilie, sailing from 20 September to 4 October 2026 with Uniworld Boutique River Cruises.
Uniworld is a world-renowned leader in luxury river cruising, offering exquisitely designed ships, all-inclusive onboard experiences, and immersive excursions. This specially curated voyage along the majestic Danube River will explore six extraordinary countries — Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, and Serbia — with captivating daily excursions and unparalleled hospitality.
The promoter of this tour, Melbourne-based Cruising Wine Tours, has a wealth of experience managing European wine adventures, and has invited Ross and Judy Brown to host two exclusive ‘by invitation only’ private wine tastings during the cruise.
In these special tastings, wines from the local regions will be paired with specially selected Brown Brothers varietals. Expect a delicious comparison between our Patricia Shiraz and Chardonnay and some of Central Europe’s most iconic expressions.
Travel through storybook towns, sweeping vineyards, and imperial cities, uncovering the very best of what the Danube has to offer. From the medieval charm of Nuremberg and the vibrant artistry of Vienna to the historic depth of Budapest and the cultural tapestry of Belgrade, this cruise brings together Europe’s most iconic river destinations.
Cruise through the breathtaking Wachau Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage landscape of rolling vineyards and baroque towns. Marvel at Schönbrunn Palace, explore Bratislava Castle, discover the dual character of Buda and Pest, and savour rustic delicacies in Croatia’s wine country.
For those craving unique cultural encounters, choose from daily excursions like truffle hunting in Novi Sad, a guided bike ride through Belgrade, or a private concert in a Slovakian cathedral. All while returning each night to the comfort and elegance of your floating boutique hotel.
This is more than a holiday — it’s a voyage of connection, flavour, and discovery. Ross and Judy Brown can’t wait to share it with you.
